Festival Information


We hope you enjoy the Trails Outdoor Festival! Bring with you…

For all activities please bring: comfortable clothes and suitable footwear.  It is also recommended to bring a water bottle for hydration.  Depending on the weather,  you may also need waterproofs.

Rock Climbing We recommend comfortable clothes. (no skirts), runners, water bottle, snacks and a camera to catch that selfie on the summit experience and share it with friends and family.

To Book an Event Most events need to be prebooked! You will find the contact details on the page featuring the event.  Book Early: Places are limited for most of the events.  Please book early so you don’t miss out!

Prices Free Events: Some of the events are free.  Book early and join in the fun.

Paid Event: Where there is a charge, we have tried to keep prices as low as possible, with some activity providers reducing their normal rates throughout the festival.

Walking and Cycling Bikes can be hired and safety equipment provided. You should wear sensible clothing and ankle support footwear suited to cycling and walking.  Bring waterproof clothing, snacks, fluids and a well charged mobile phone.

Dogs For safety reasons, dogs are not permitted at any of our festival events.

Children A number of events have been designed with families in mind.  Some are only suited to older children.  Some are intended for teenagers accompanied by adults.  Please enquire at the time of booking, if you are not sure.
