Forest Therapy Walks

 

Wednesday, May 13th 6pm:   Awaken the senses on a Forest Therapy Walk AND discover Kilkenny’s ancient woodlands. Forest therapy walks are an opportunity to get outdoors , slow down and connect to nature.

Saturday, May 18th:  A guided tour up and around Sheegouna followed by lunch in Fennelly’s of callan.

Kilkenny Adventure Trail Weekend of May 18th /19th Nordic Walking Workshop (one hour duration) with Margaret O’Keeffe on Saturday and Sunday morning at 11.30am in Kilkenny

Castle Park Bridges of Kilkenny casual walk on Saturday morning at 9.30am – meet at Canal Square (one hour duration).
