Rock climbing is a fantastic way to get fit, build strength and stamina, meet new people and get outdoors! You don’t need exceptional upper body strength. A positive attitude will get you a long way and a good sense of humour is an added plus.
Is it for you? This day is for anyone who wants a fun and educational introduction to rock climbing. You will look at all the essential skills to get you started. You don’t need any previous experience or need to be a gymnast. You just need to be keen to have some fun and do some climbing.
All our staff are dedicated climbers and have a great depth of knowledge of the local crags. They are qualified and experienced in teaching climbing at all levels, from beginners to more advanced climbers. All are keen to pass on their knowledge to you and get you discovering or rediscovering your head for heights.
We recommend comfortable clothes. (no skirts), runners, water bottle, snacks and a camera to catch that selfie on the summit experience and share it with friends and family.
